What is the right of access?
By exercising this right, you will be able to find out what information about you is being processed by us, the purpose of this, the source of the data that you have provided us with and whether this has been disclosed or shall be disclosed to a third party.
Putzmeister Ibérica S.A undertakes to respond to this request within a maximum period of one month and in the event of your right being upheld, access shall be effective within a maximum period of ten working days.

What is the right of rectification?
With this right, you can modify your data that is inaccurate or incomplete by indicating in this request what data you wish to be modified. This request must be sent with the respective supporting documentation. For example, if you have changed your address, you should tell us the new address, updating your previous personal data.

What is the right of opposition?
The right of opposition will allow you to oppose our making use of your processed personal data at any time.
If you exercise this right, Putzmeister Ibérica S.A will stop processing your personal data, unless we cite legitimate reasons for this above your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.

What is the right to cancel or withdraw your data?
With this right you can cancel your personal data that is inadequate or excessive. However, we shall keep it blocked in a way that prevents it from being processing, without prejudice to its availability to public administrations, judges and courts, for the attention of possible responsibilities that may have emerged from processing during the prescription period. Once this deadline has passed, we shall proceed to its deletion.
When you request the cancellation of your personal data, you must indicate to us to what data you refer, providing documentation in justification of this.
We are obliged to reply to you within a maximum period of 10 business days.

What is the right to erasure? The “right to be forgotten”
You may obtain from Putzmeister Ibérica S.A the erasure of the personal data that concerns you when one of the following circumstances occurs: it is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed; you withdraw consent and processing is not based on another legal processing; you oppose processing and other legitimate reasons for processing do not prevail; it has been processed illicitly.
What is the right to restrict processing?
This right allows you to request that Putzmeister Ibérica S.A suspends the processing of data when:
- The accuracy of the personal data is contested whilst the same accuracy of that personal data is verified by us.
- You have exercised your right of opposition to the processing of data, while verifying if the legitimate reasons of Putzmeister Ibérica S.A prevail over yours.
- Request that Putzmeister Ibérica S.A retains your personal data when:
- You consider that the processing of your data is illegal, and you oppose the erasure of your data and request instead the limitation of its use instead.
- We no longer need the data for the purposes of the processing, but the interested party does need them for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
When you have obtained the limitation of the processing according to this section, we shall inform you before the lifting of the aforementioned limitation.
What is the right to data portability?
You can receive your personal data in a structured format, in common use and machine readable, and be able to transmit them to another data controller as long as this is technically possible
Where can I complain if I believe that my data is not processed correctly?
